Well i wasn't orginally going to write anything too much up, but since Jen has requested it. I will.lol
Well i didn't arrive to the signing till around 12:30pm..hehe...I wasn't too late ans still got a good spot..lol
They had these really nice posters of Ricki that you got if you bought teh single or album there.
I already had them and didn't exactly want to buy them again for the poster...the meanies at virgin store wouldn't give me a poster...but late i think my friend and me fconfused one fo the wokrkers....so he hgave us two posters..lol...yay!~

Finally Ricki came out. She sang three songs - Hell no!, sunchine and Breath. She was so cute...lol
When she was singing breath, she tokk a 'breath' etc..lol...too funny..
and yeah..she told us about her tript o NZ....
she said- forgive me if i forget teh words..hahahhahhaa...she didn't which was cool as....
After she sang. she went backstage to 'powder her nose' and freshen up, as it was boiling.
She came out again and started signing. She had said before 'i'll stick around, sign stuff and do photos, whatevr you guys like'-which i thought was so sweet, as so many other artisits would have jsut wanted to sign and no photos....she's sssoo nice

I finally met her...LOl..when she saw the limited edition cd..she was all excitedand she started asking qsts on which one i liked best....and then i brouht the poster out and she's so nice...she asked for everyone's aname...so when she signed it ws so personnl..hehe...so sweet of her..
She tok alot of time to meet every single person. I finally got a pic wiht her..haha..which will not be posted..LOL!!!!!..but yes.....

all up..it was a great day..metting Ricki..she's so ncie and if yug et he chance to meet her..you ahve too!~

Great report though. That's so cool that Ricki personalises everything, and every report I've read she's taken a photo with the fan. :D So sweet of her, and she always look amazing!!!! :o

I am going to try to get to Highpoint, and might take my nieces, as they love Ricki and Guy too (yep they have been a little brainwashed.....I have to give my extra singles to someone.. :lol: ). It doesn't sound like Ricki's signings go too mad or too crowded, so we should be okay.

How many people were there do you think? :huh:

UUmm...i'm not really sure at how many ppl wer there...
but i would say about 30 for the performance...tehnas the signing continued..more ppl came, so the line got quite long

ricki sounded awesom live.....its basically exactly her acoustics, though she had track......
such a strong raw voice..love it..
rminds me of Kelly clarkson- evry stong female voices...that really make you feel it..

Yeah you could have cropped the photo the way they do on Guy's OF - where you show just 1 side of your face, so we could get a mental picture of what you look like Starry. :P

Must be a great photo - Ricki looks amazing. I think she's like Guy, you never see a bad picture of either of them in fan photos. :clap
