For Guy
Guy flew to New York last week, recorded his song with Jordin Sparks (see both their twitters wub.gif )
He flew back again to Australia, and then over to Perth finally making it there with enough time to spare but minus his suitcases and guitar, which apparently (so he'd been told in Sydney) failed to make the flight shocked.gif !!
He would be experienced enough to know however, that you always fly with some new/clean clothes etc as inboard, so he looked pretty good Guy-wise, that is, up to the minute stylewise. With a sense of fun.
Okay, the Perth Telethon which eventually raised $6m plus - an amazing feat for a massive state which however doesn't have a massive population. Really amazing.
The Perth Telethon has stars from everywhere, including Ten Tenors, Jessica Mauboy, Damian Leith, Axel Whitehead, Jacob from last year (or year before ?) Courtney - the list goes on.
And of course Guy. He came out onto the panel at the time they made $3M, and later came on to do a mix of "All To Myself", "Is Anybody Out There", "Crazy / I Will Survive", with Vanessa Amorosi, absolutely top TOP female Australian artist, joining in when he asked. His 'band' for that set consisted of Carl Dimataga, with Axel 'drumming' on the guitar case.
Oh, before that, during Axel's set, Guy got on the drums for him.
Later Guy sang his MASSIVE hit "Like it Like That" which is STILL the most played on radio, STILL sitting at #2 on the main Aria chart but topping almost everything else and one can hear it everywhere. Its even being used in a music segment by a REAL musician / music guru in Sydney for his radio slot. As was said elsewhere, his sales figures are absolutely skyhigh wub.gif tongue.gif

I should always mention, so many youtubes go up for Guy, its handy to search "Guy Sebastian" once a week, and find what has been uploaded for that week . bye1.gif
