Guy Sebastian records song for his wife

.CHART topper Guy Sebastian has revealed he is recording Perfection - the song he wrote for wife Julie and performed at their wedding last year.

Originally the Australian Idol winner had no plans to put his very personal track on his fifth album.

"I wasn't going to put it on the record but all my mates who were at the wedding said I had to,"he said.

"Right at the end when I had to sing 'At 21 she changed my life and at 28 I made her my wife' I teared up, everyone was crying."

The album is due to be released in September.

The early success of the Like It Like That single, which was the most added track to radio playlists last week, has put pressure on Sebastian to finish the record within a fortnight.
