I HAVE BEEN JUMPING ON QUICKLY AND CHECKING EVERYTHING OUT...BUT I'M SO SORRY I HAVEN'T POSTED... =(
FIRSTLY I WANNA SAY A HUGE THANK YOU TO YOU ALL FOR CONTRIBUTING TO MY BIRTHDAY PRESENT AND SENDING MESSAGES AND PRESENTS AND EVERYTHING!! YOU DIDN' THAVE TO DO THAT AT ALL....THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I REALLY APPRECIATE IT!!
As you all know...I turned 20 a few weeks ago...I had an awesome Fancy Dress Party and it turned out awesome....everyone dressed up and got into the spirit!! I had a blast!! The lovely Milsy came and it was funny cos the girl he came with was wearing the same top as my MUM!! hahaha She thought she was so cool until she saw that....(my mum I mean)!! haha
I'll try and get some photos to you guys from the party... I was WONDER WOMAN and then after we had the cake I got changed into my other costume which was a BUMBLE BEE!! hahaha It was so cool!! haha
Anyways...I can't even remember the last time I posted but I have done so much lately. I actually had a week off and went to Newe Zealand for a holiday and also a friends wedding and I had a ball!! it was great to get away from everything for a little while...
I've done a fair few gigs and stuff... INDY was HUGE for me and WOW!! I can't believe I sang in front of the whole world!! haha YAAYYYY!!! Got to do some stuff with a live band over indy too and a couple of venues and it was AWESOME!! I really loved it!! I can't wait to start doing more public shows...alot of the stuff I have been doing are private corporate functions!!
The big rush to the ARIAS was pretty full on too!! It was SOOOOO rockstar....we almost didn't make it...THANKS QANTAS for being half an hour delayed!! AAAHHH!! But we made it to the red carpet with 10 minutes to go!! haha Oh well...I had heaps of fun at the arias but silly me I DIDN"T TAKE ANY DAMN PHOTOS!! I'm so angry at myself!!!! But after the big couple of days with indy and ACTUALLY GETTING to the arias...I just wanted to drink and have fun...i totally left my bag at my table and drink I did!! I had a great night!! Saw the Wollongong chicks there and a couple of people inside with this huge sign about my watch!! haha Everyone was coming up to me saying... "Whats the go about your watch..??" haha

Well thanks to everyone whos been supporting...Sunshine has stuck around a fair while!! yaaayyY!! i have heard that at the rate it's going...it should go gold in a couple of weeks!! YAAAYYY!!!

Speaking of singles...we're gonna be releasing the third single very soon!! It is BREATHE!! For all of you trying to guess!! haha We did the video for it last thursday in melbourne down on the beach and it's gonna be really beautiful!! I haven't seen any edits yet..but the director sent me some photos and it does look really cool!! We're taking it to radio in the next couple of weeks...and the single should be in stores around January!! It's gonna have some very cool remixes of SUNSHINE on it...including the Cabin Crew Remix...which at the moment is exclusive to iTunes!! There will also be a couple of other nice versions of it!!
Hopefully this song will be a kick up the butt to anyone out there that doesnt have the album!! This song is one that the mum's and dad's and nannas will all love too...hopefully!! haha

As you've all seen I did Kerri Anne, and Rove over the last couple of weeks which was fun. Sang at Jeff's Gay Wedding which was absolutely beautiful!! i cried!! I'm such a suk!! haha Did Lowies hot 30 from up at schoolies!! yaa! that was fun! Sang at ARQ last night whixh was awesome!! They're always a great crowd!! It was the 3rd time I've sung there and it was fab!! Kate DeAraguo came along to watch and we hung out backstage and gas bagged!! haha She's really a great chick and her single is out now and I've heard the album is hot!! So if you're out in a cd shop ...make sure you grab one....and one of mine too!! hahaha
The Idol final was awesome!! Once again I was a loser and didn't take photos!! But I had a ball... I was actually going for emily but you know...I still think kate is a GREAT singer and now I've hung out with her a little more she is a really cool chick and I thnk she reallly deserves to have won!! A great success story!!
I can't think of what else I've been doing...
oh yeah!!... I sang on beauty and the Beast the other week too which will air soon...not sure what channel!! IT was HILARIOUS!! THat show is so cool!! I wish I was on it!! haha
i also did a MOVIE SHOOT...not a big role just a cameo...in a film called BOYTOWN. It's a Mick Molloy film with Glen Robbins (Kel from Kath&KIM and Russel Coight!!) haha I LOVE HIM!! and lots of other typical AUSSIE actors!! It was cool!! So keep an eye out for that probably early-mid next year!! haha
Other than that...and doing gigs and appearances around the place...I have had some time at home the last few weeks which has been awesome!! I've had the last 2 weekends OFF!!! OH my gosh!! Such a rare thing to be able to pull the mattress into the lounge room and watch movies all night and order pizza!! haha
So yeah...that's about it from planet Ricki at the moment!!
I'm still trying to get my website up!! I've just been so busy and I am organising it all myself so it's just a matter of finding the time to sit and really just DO IT!!
So hopefully that will be up soon!!
I better fly...gotta get some sleep before my gig tonight!!
