THERE could be a reality series in their family tree after the half-sister of Australian Idol favourite Daniel Mifsud made it through the first round of auditions for the next series of Australia's Next Top Model.



Alanna Sheinwald has the same dark good looks of her Idol big brother and took inspiration from his valiant attempt at this year's Channel 10 karaoke crown.

The 17-year-old told Confidential she "has nothing to lose" after being chosen from 300 hopefuls at a casting call with host Jodhi Meares on Thursday.

But Mifsud's 8-year-old half-sister Amy could be the "natural talent" to watch after winning her Kirrawee Public School talent quest recently.

As Marcia would say, "You go, girl."
