Holden takes on Holden

HE might have made a spectacle of himself trash-talking with Tarisai Vushe on Australian Idol this week, but Mark Holden will be up against the stiffest of stiff competition on the box tomorrow night - namely himself.

Channel 7 will air a repeat episode of Kath & Kim in which Holden played himself as judge in a karaoke comp for kids called Bubs Idol.

Of course, Fountain Lakes' yummiest mummy Kimmy entered her foxy tot Eponnee Rae into the contest, which originally rated its hilarious socks off on the ABC.

This time around the episode will go head to ugly head with Holden and the real Idol in the 7.30pm time slot.

If form's anything to go by, he's looking down the barrel of being beaten by a fake version of himself versus a live and screaming one on Channel 10.
