Damien Wins An ARIA For Highest Selling Album!
It's been an incredible ride for Damien Leith since his win on Idol last year, and it was topped off on Sunday night with a win at the Australian music industries night of nights, the ARIAs where he won the award for Highest Selling Album for 'The Winners Journey'.
Released in December, 'The Winners Journey' sold four times platinum (320 000 copies) and held the #1 position on the ARIA Motorola Albums Chart for 5 consecutive weeks - a record for any Australian Idol winner to date.

Damien's artist album 'Where We Land' also debuted at #1 on the ARIA Motorola Albums Chart in August this year, making it his second #1 within 12 months. The second single to be lifted from the album 'All I Want Is You' is at radio now - listen out for it!
