Keeping busy

LAST year's Idol winner, Damien Leith, has spent the past week recording Christmas songs for a special edition of his album, Where We Land.

The disc will include Leith's acoustic take on five classic Christmas tracks.

It has been a massive year for Leith, who has released two albums as well as a bookof fiction.

He's booked for a national tour next month, playing Sydney's Star City on November 3.

Then it will be time for a well-earned break over Christmas with his wife, Eileen, and their two young boys, Jarvis and Jagger
