Title: Ben gone, Marty in line for Winner

thanks dicko  If he gives Marty much more praise, they might as well crown him now.

How DARE people comment on the supposed bloc voting, when its obvious there is bloc voting in the opposite direction.

If there were any absolute truth with the bloc voting, Dean Geyer would never has disappeared last year - he had the biggest following of idols for years! AND he is a committed Christian.

NOW I suspect anti-idol and anti-Christian bloc voters are working hard for Marty, to make sure that he gets the gong. Hope he can cope with the mess that follows afterwards, the anti idol feeling amongst the so=called 'real' musicians, some of whom have trouble trying to keep a tune, or reach a key.

And dicko is certainly not helping, with his huge support for Marty, citing him as the best voice he's heard etc and etc. (Spot of cleaning out the ears would be a big help dicko. Its a known fact that at about your age there's a huge build up of wax and debris).

I for one have lost genuine interest and will only be having a quick flick to see who's in and who's out.

Pity - because Ben, Matt and Tarasai are really genuine talents.

There is always 'bloc voting', be it each state voting for their home town contestants, voting along ethnic lines, male V female voting, or 'the Christian' vote....

Ricki-Lee, and Ben are simply victims of voter complacency...voters think their faves are safe so they don't bother voting.
