AUSTRALIAN Idol 2005 finalist Dan England was in Warrnambool yesterday to promote his debut EP Reason to Fly.
Off the back of a national tour with Shannon Noll, England said he appreciated the support he had received from Warrnambool.
``I love the regional places. The people out here really appreciate the music,'' he said.
England said he was glad to be finally getting his music out to the public after 12 months of writing.
The former Queensland service station attendant has collaborated with Tim Henwood (Superjesus, Androids, Rogue Traders) on two of the tracks. England said he was looking forward to returning to Warrnambool in the coming weeks to give something back to the strong fan base that grew from his performance at the Fun4Kids Festival last year.
England will do an in-store performance at Capricorn Records when he returns.
