It’s fitting that Ricky Muscat is performing a Robbie Williams tune. Both performers are smooth movers with big voices who really know how to work a room. Without the use of an instrument, he needs to be nothing short of spectacular and the blue-collar heartthrob isn’t holding anything back as he captivates the audience. Mark delivers a soul-destroying comment when he says, “You’ve shown Australia you’re not Robbie Williams”. That seems to both disappoint and amuse Ricky. Kyle calls it ‘the perfect song choice and the worst performance’. The judges certainly aren’t holding back this year!
