Divas' sound in a league of its own

NORTH Sydney Leagues Club resonated with the sound of music as four divas strutted their stuff on Sunday night.

Australia's answer to Whitney Houston and Maria Carey, Paulini sang some of her hottest hits alongside Australian Idol winner Kate Dearaugo, 2005 Australian Idol runner-up Emily Williams and Powerhouse singer Ricki Lee in a show aptly called Young Divas.

The four gals sang individually and together.

And they brought the house down.

They performed a mixture of golden oldies, their own songs and their most memorable songs from Australian Idol.

SonyBMG Music will celebrate the concert by releasing a single sung by all four girls.

They sing an old Donna Summer favourite, This Time I Know It's For Real.
