Laura is apparently releasing an independently produced single through Shock Records...a remake of the old Laura Brannigan song T'amo.
It will be on radio from 26th June, and instore 31st July...

No I didn't upload it cos I much prefer Laura Branigan but it was interesting to watch...may Laura Branigan rest in peace. :angel
It amazes me how Laura G got a cd release date well before all the others meaning Dan and Emily. SonyBMG must draw names out of a hat on what to release next.

No I mean that all that sign to Shock gets all their music out there quickly while Sony takes a long drawn out process. It's a case of one minute they are releasing, next minute their not. Paulini might get to release her album on August 5 after 2 years wait. Emily..still waiting. Don't know who Dan has signed with but his is on hold.

Hi there, Dan has signed with independent Melbourne based Jellyfish Records. His EP is out first week in September (first single 'Stay'). He has been supporting Shannon Noll again, at his Qld concerts. Through his forum we know that he has been busy writing and recording since about mid-March (in between performing regularly). I do hope we don't have to wait much longer (same with Emily), as they are both so deserving of a release. I don't know what the publicity will be like though for Dan, through a lesser known label, I think he'll need to work harder, as he won't have the dollars behind him that Sony-BMG have to promote Emily's release.
