Amanda Pelman - Biography
Artist Manager, Event Producer



Amanda has over twenty-two years' experience in the entertainment industry ans an artist manager, casting director and live entertainment producer.

For eleven years Amanda worked at Mushroom Records with Michael Gudinski, signing a young Kylie Minogue and Jason Donovan. She co-founded the Body Beat and Melodian Record Labels with Ian ‘Molly’ Meldrum, signing Peter Andre and Jo Beth Taylor. Amanda, Billy Thorpe and Michael Chugg co-produced the phenomenal live music event ‘Long Way to the Top’ which was seen by over a quarter of a million people in 2002.

In 2005 Amanda Executive Produced the highly successful 10th anniversary tour of 'Tap Dogs'. Amanda is currently Casting Director for the forthcoming musical adaptation of 'Priscilla Queen of the Desert' and Executive Producer on a new annual event ‘Rock n Roll School of Dreams”.

Amanda has no consistancy in her voting patterns except when it come to marK Furz. So big thumbs down to Amanda so far.

Have to agree with you there. She seems to think Mark can do no wrong. She was harsh on a few others that didnt deserve it. And she always has a stoney face.
