when making a support topic please follow these simple steps to get the best quality help possible.

1) Make a good discriptive topic title, Screaming out HELP!! for a topic title will cause your topic to be answered last, as we like to help people who get right to the problem.

2) When posting, please make sure to tell us all you know about the problem, and if its an appearence problem, post a link to your forums.

3) For faster help, put a link to your topic in your sig, that way people can see your topic all over the forums.

4) Don't Spam, Spamming is posting something stupid so people have to ask you questions so you can post more and get more post counts. if you are really hard core spamming like "kuhsdfgklh" I will eat you.

5) Don't bump your topics, we'll see them, just be patient, However if you have been wating more then a day, you may bump your topics. (if any less then 24 hours and I will close your topic "but I bumped my topic 30 seconds before 24 hours" too bad, follow the rules)
