I'm so pleased that this is finally happening for Ricki Lee. It's so rare to have an independent artist get this kind of TV exposure, and it is at least partly due to the demand of her fans. :cheers

I watched Ricki sing Breathe on 9am today, the new show on 10, in Bert's old timeslot, and it was just stunning. Really looking forward to hearing her do it again on Sunrise in a few hours time. :banana

David Reyne and some girl with dark hair I think her name might be Kim????
They were almost speechless after it, it was just so beautiful with the string sections. :D
I thougt she did well on Sunrise, but was obviously a little tired. Her big sigh of relief at the end of Sunshine reminded me of how Guy used to look after singing Climb Every Mountain. Ricki's songs are not easy to sing, especially at that hour of the morning. :ricki:
Aparently she's going to be on Friday Night Games soon too. :banana
She's just such a sweetie, I really hope things continue to go well for her. :cheers
